Calvin's 2x4x6 Ultimate Shapeshifter cuboid by Hunter Palshook
Calvin's 2x4x6 Ultimate Shapeshifter cuboid puzzle by Hunter Palshook
So named because it can shapeshift in every direction, with each axis having a different number of layers. The puzzle become highly shapeshifted and bandaged (meaning many moves are blocked) in its scrambled state.
Known among puzzle fans to be the most challenging cuboid puzzles to solve.
Interesting utlimate shapeshifter

A very interesting puzzle. Quality is good, turning is good and after a few solves it still feels stable. Not for speedcubers though. You have to be careful with corner cutting. Pity about the corner stickers, they peel off unfortunately. Not proprtional like the cuboids from Traiphum, but i knew this when i ordered it. Overall a very fun solving experience at a fair price. Shipping and packaging are great!
Very fun but doesn't escape the usual Calvin's Puzzle flaws

This is a very fun puzzle and it is unique among mass-produced cuboids as having 3 different edge lengths. It's an engaging and challenging puzzle to figure out, but as is normally the case with Calvin's products, there are some flaws. The stickers aren't of that good, and the turning is quite gummy and difficult, more so than on the 4x4x6 this is based on.
Challenging puzzle, issues with stickers, sound mechanism

This is my first and only cuboid purchase and I have to say it's the hardest puzzle I've ever solved. The mechanism for turning is pretty good, similar to a Shengshou 7x7. Suffered a few pops early on but once I knew when I can corner cut and when I can't it doesn't pop anymore.
My only issue is with the corner stickers. The yellow and while stickers on the 4x6 face are very poorly shaped and as they bend around the pillowed corners they unpeeled. Nothing a little superglue couldn't fix but still pretty bad.
It's also disappointing to me that it's not proportional but looking at the internal mechanism (it's based on a 6x6 core) I don't see how that could have been avoided
INTERESTING AND FUN

It is a medium-high difficulty puzzle with several strategies to be solved so it makes an interesting challenge. The turning is quite good for a cuboid with several pieces. One time a piece pop out because I forced a turning but usually is an stable and flexible puzzle, very fun and playable
